Bernie and
Carol Rowley owners and operators of Rose &
Fuchsia Farm Gippsland opened on the 1st
of October 1993 at
33 Rankins Road Trafalgar. The Nursery began
with fuchsias with their inspiration coming
from one of their daughters giving them a
Fuchsia. They then visited a Nursery in
Toolangi owned by Bill Kellett and started
their collection with 100 Varieties
purchased from Mr. Kellett . In 1995 we
decided to expand our range to include
roses. Over years
of hard work, the nursery has grown into
Victoria’s largest rose and
fuchsia
nursery. The nursery has friendly and experienced
staff with a combined nursery experience of over
40 years. Carol has an agriculture degree and Bernie
has studied botany and taught horticulture. We now
have over 250 varieties of Fuchsias, some of which
are new releases from Holland. The Rose & Fuchsia
Farm also stocks over 250 varieties of roses as
bushes, climbers, carpet roses, standards and
weepers. Our rose selection includes many New
Release Varieties as well as old favourites. We
stock many thousands of roses a year.
